Our services

We handle plumbing work that falls into six categories: bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, mechanical room, drain cleaning, and emergency service. Each category covers a specific set of jobs, and each job has its own flat rate.
Most of what we do is repair and replacement. A toilet that runs. A faucet that drips. A drain that has slowed down. These are common problems with known causes, and we have done them enough times to know what the actual failure is before we start opening anything up.
We also do larger work — repipes, renovations, new installs — but that is quoted separately, not on the flat-rate list.
