Mechanical Room Services
This is the room nobody thinks about until something fails. The main shut-off valve is the one valve that has to work in an emergency — and if it has not been turned in a decade, it may not turn at all. The pressure reducing valve (PRV) controls water pressure for the entire house. When it fails, pressure either drops and every fixture feels weak, or it rises and strains every pipe, hose, and appliance seal. The same room holds the equipment that heats your water and moves it through the house — boilers, gas and electric water heaters, hot water tanks, tankless units, and circulation pumps. None of these fail suddenly. They fail slowly, and the first sign is usually a small change nobody notices. We service, repair, and replace all of it, and we look at the whole system, not just the one part that brought us there.
